Payment
Lalatoto accepts payment with MobilePay, ApplePay, ShopifyPay, VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard, Anyday and JCB. Payment will only be debited from your account when the item is dispatched. We do not charge card fees.
Reservation of amount.
If you pay with an international payment card, the amount is reserved immediately. The money is reserved on your card or account until:
1) We deduct the amount when we send the item, or
2) the money is released according to agreement with your card issuer.
You can read more about the rules for your specific card from your card issuer.
All amounts are in DKK. Danish kroner and includes VAT.
LALATOTO uses an approved payment server that encrypts all your card information with SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol, and your information cannot therefore be read.
The Anyday payment option is available for purchases of DKK 300 or more. When you choose to pay with Anyday, we deduct the first payment when your item is shipped. Subsequently, you will pay a monthly benefit on the last working day of each month. The number of monthly payments starts from four months and may vary depending on your chosen payment plan. The size of each service is determined by the total amount of your order, your chosen flex service and the specific payment plan you have chosen. Remember that if you pay all installments on time, no interest or fees will accrue. Should you return your purchase, your agreement with Anyday will automatically be cancelled. Payment solution Anyday
If you finance your purchase via Anyday, the following payments are accepted: Visa, MasterCard, Anyday, MobilePay and Apple Pay.
The amount is only withdrawn from your card when the item is dispatched.
When you choose to pay with Anyday, the first payment is deducted when the item is shipped. You will then pay your monthly benefit on the last working day from the coming month, and three months ahead.
No fees or interest will be charged for your purchase if you pay on time. If you return your purchase, the agreement with Anyday will end automatically
Advance order
When you buy products on pre-order, it means that you are ordering an item with a longer delivery time than usual. pre-orders allow you to get your hands on items in high demand before everyone else. You can see the expected delivery in the description inside each individual product.
Freight
Lalatoto ships all orders within 24 hours on weekdays.
There is free delivery to the parcel shop for all customers with purchases over DKK 600. For purchases under DKK 600. shipping costs between DKK 39 and DKK 49.
All orders are delivered with GLS with an expected delivery time of 1-2 business days.
It is not possible to pick up or return orders at the address.
Right of withdrawal
As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal when you shop with us.
The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day you received your item. If you have ordered several different items in one order, but they are delivered individually, the deadline runs from the day you receive the last item.
The deadline means that you have 14 days from receipt to notify us that you want to cancel your purchase. You can send an email to kundeservice@lalatoto.dk or use the standard cancellation form, which you will find at the bottom of the trading conditions.
You cannot cancel the purchase by refusing to receive the item without notifying us at the same time.
Condition of the item upon return
You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the goods which is due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and way of functioning of the goods. In other words – you can try the product in the same way as if you tried it in a physical store.
If the item has been tried on in addition to what is described above, we consider it as used, which means that if you cancel the purchase, you will only get a part or none of the purchase amount back, depending on the item's commercial value, and in certain cases this may mean , that you can only get the shipping costs back.
In order to receive the full purchase amount back, you must therefore do the same as you can in a physical store. You may test the product, but not actually use it.
Cancellation of part of the purchase
If you have purchased several items from us, you of course have the option of returning one or more items, even if they were purchased in one order.
Please note that you will not get the shipping costs back if you regret part of your purchase.
Return
Once you have notified us that you want to cancel your purchase, you have 14 days to send the item back to us.
You are responsible for the return shipping yourself. It is possible to buy a return label for DKK 45. via our return portal on the webshop. You are responsible if damage occurs during transport.
Please remember to attach our standard cancellation form, which you will find at the bottom of the trading conditions. It will also be sent to you via e-mail if you purchase a return label via our return portal.

Refund of the purchase amount
If you regret your purchase, you will get your money back.
We will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (however, this does not apply to extra delivery costs in cases where you have chosen a different form of delivery than the cheapest form of standard delivery that we offer), no later than 14 days from the day we received your message that you want to cancel the agreement. If you have used our return label, we will deduct the shipping costs from your amount.
We return the money with the same means of payment that you used for the purchase, unless we have agreed otherwise.
We can withhold payment until we have received the item, unless you send us documentation that you have returned it.

Right of complaint
When you shop with us as a consumer, the rules of the Purchase Act apply to the purchase of goods. This means that you have the right to complain for 24 months. The complaint does not apply to errors or damage caused by incorrect use/handling of the product, such as, but not limited to, chewing damage, incorrect handling when washing, excessive wear caused by e.g. playing etc.
If your complaint is justified, this means that you can either get the item repaired, exchanged, the money back or a reduction in the price, depending on the specific situation.
You must advertise within a "reasonable time" after you have discovered the error. If you make a complaint within two months after the fault is discovered, the complaint will always be timely.
Please state the order number, describe the error/damage and send a picture of this to the e-mail; kundeservice@lalatoto.dk
If the complaint is justified, we will refund your (reasonable) shipping costs. Remember to get a receipt for shipping so we can refund your shipping costs. We also offer to send you a return label that you can print out and attach to the package yourself.
The item must of course always be sent back in proper packaging.

To be able to complain, the product or service you want to complain about must have cost at least DKK 1,110. and a maximum of DKK 100,000. For complaints about clothes and shoes, however, the price must have been at least DKK 720. It costs a fee to have the complaint processed.

Personal data policy
We need the following information when you shop with us:
Name, address, phone no. and email address.
We register and pass on the personal data that is necessary to be able to deliver the goods to you.
The personal information is registered with HLO ApS and stored for five years, after which the information is deleted.
We also collaborate with a number of other companies that store and process data. The companies only process information on our behalf and may not use it for their own purposes.
We only work with data processors in the EU or in countries that can provide your information with sufficient protection.
The data controller at Lalatoto.dk is HLO ApS.
You have the right to be informed about which information we process about you.
If you believe that the information is inaccurate, you have the right to have it corrected. In some cases, we are obliged to delete your personal data if you ask for it. It can, for example, be if your data is no longer necessary in relation to the purpose for which we were to use it.
