Julens deadlines:
Skal din pakke leveres inden jul, skal vi have din ordre senest torsdag d. 19. December.

Der vil fortsat blive afsendt ordrer frem til lørdag d. 21. December.

Der bliver ikke afsendt ordrer mellem d. 22.-29. December.
Alle ordrer afgivet disse dage vil blive afsendt mandag d. 30. December.

We always ship your order within 24 hours on weekdays.

As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal when you shop with us.

The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day you received your item. If you have ordered several different items in one order, but they are delivered individually, the deadline runs from the day you receive the last item.

The deadline means that you have 14 days from receipt to notify us that you want to cancel your purchase. You can send an email to kundeservice@lalatoto.dk or use the standard cancellation form, which you will find at the bottom of the trading conditions.

You cannot cancel the purchase by refusing to receive the item without notifying us at the same time.

You are welcome to buy a return label with GLS via our return portal here. You are also welcome to return the package with a shipping company of your choice, provided the package is delivered to the address.
